Jim - Owner
​
Jim works behind the scenes to help our business run smoothly and efficiently.
He makes sure our team has everything we need to best serve you. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and making memories with his family - especially his grandkids!
Chelsea - Property Manager
​
Chelsea is your go-to for questions and concerns! She is the direct contact for our tenants and is awesome at working on the fly. She likes visiting waterfalls and hunting for keepsake rocks and is a mom to three handsome boys.
Brooke - Administrative Assistant
​
Brooke is our resident "desk jockey", overseeing all paperwork, calendars, and numbers. She keeps us organized and takes pride in being detail-oriented.
She is a foodie at heart and looks forward to any opportunity to share a meal with her husband and sons.
Rachel - Office Assistant

Rachel works alongside Brooke to keep the day-to-day operations moving.
She is a great support in tenant communication, advertising, and completing tasks. She loves thrifting, working out, and being a "Gigi" to her grandkids.
Austin - Maintenance Manager
​
Austin is a jack of all trades and eager to solve any maintenance issue we throw his way! He is a gentleman at heart and works hard to do things right the first time.
He loves all things sour, disc golfing, and spending time with his wife.
