How to Access Your Tenant Portal
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from noreply@porpertymanage.biz giving you instructions and login credentials for logging into your Tenant Portal. Reach out to us at chelsea@matsonpropertygroup.com if you have not yet received your login information.
You can also access your tenant portal with your login credentials by visiting: rentecdirect.com/tenants

How to Pay Rent Online
You can easily pay rent online through the Payments Tab in your Tenant Portal. To make a payment, follow these simple steps:

Log into your Tenant Portal.

Click on the Payments Tab.

Click the purple Manage Payment Accounts button to take you to the Manage Payment Accounts page.

Select Add Debit/Credit Card or Add Bank Account and enter the appropriate information for payment processing.*

Click Add Account and verify information entered to save, allowing for easy one-time or recurring monthly payments.
*Note: To pay via Check (ACH) payments is no charge to you; to pay via credit card there is a small transaction fee of 3.25%.
