How to Access Your Tenant Portal
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email from giving you instructions and login credentials for logging into your Tenant Portal. Reach out to us at if you have not yet received your login information.

How to Pay Rent Online
You can easily pay rent online through the Payments Tab in your Tenant Portal. To make a payment, follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into your Tenant Portal.
  2. Click on the Payments Tab.
  3. Click the purple Manage Payment Accounts button to take you to the Manage Payment Accounts page.
  4. Select Add Debit/Credit Card or Add Bank Account and enter the appropriate information for payment processing.* 
  5. Click Add Account and verify information entered to save, allowing for easy one-time or recurring monthly payments. 
*Note: To pay via Check (ACH) payments is no charge to you; to pay via credit card there is a small transaction fee of 3.25%.
